yep - was the Duncan Mc Kenzie show. He took fearful abuse from us about his wife but scored the winner and tossed the vics all round the ground to celebrate

I can remember 90% of the Everton fans had left the ground with twenty minutes to go, they were escaping over the wall at the back of the Bob Bank like rats getting off a sinking ship.
Mind you it was mental down there those days and in the peak of full on hoolie days.

They were dropping bricks from the bridge by Ninian Park Halt until I heard a big roar, I can only guess what happened then but you used to be able to get to the tracks from by where the Car Sales place is, many a time I saw a mob run up that way followed by coppers with dogs.

I was there 16 at the time loved it ,on the bob bank cafe roof near grange end loads on there.After the game soon put there heads back in train after a couple of good shots by city fans.

I remember one Everton fan standing next to a copper behind the ninian pub ninian park rd I think.. the copper looked at the crowd starting to surround them.. he took his helmet off an legged it towards canton and left the Everton fan to take a right kicking

I was there in the bob bank next to the Everton fans,expectations were high after we had had beaten Spurs & Wrexham in the previous rounds,but we were outclassed that day,never mind we,ll have our revenge tomorrow
