Scored in every game or something like that, rather confusing.

There almost seems to be something against Ronaldo purely because he knows he's the best.

I would agree

Nah, Messi is EASILY the best in the world. However, due to Messi being injured a little bit, i didn't think that he was going to win it this year. But, Ribery?????? Come on what a joke, yes he was good last season and Bayern won the treble but even though Messi did not have an as prolific goalscoring season than the season before, he still scored loads of goals and virtually beat some teams all on his own and also, Barca still won the league. Messi still should have won it with Ronaldo runner up again.
Check the evidence below:-
Messi 57 Goals in 47 Games with 15 Assists
Ronaldo 51 Goals in 50 Games with 10 Assists
Ribery 11 Goals in 43 Games with 18 Assists
Now the most important thing if you want to win a football game is that you need to score goals. Ribery's paultry effort of 11 Goals in 43 Games, even though he created the more Goals than the other two but he has not blown them out of the water and got double of them, he only had 3 more than Messi, but when you look at the goalscoring stats then Messi and Ronaldo are on a totally different level to him. In my opinion Ribery's stats do not look like the stats that would win him a Best Footballer award, whereas both of the other two's stats do reflect the stats of players that would win an award. Do you know what i mean?
Ribery's stats should not be - in my opinion - the stats of a European Footballer of the Year Winner.
So we move on.
Bloooooobirds.
Ps/ Michael Pereira would be a quality signing as i have seen him loads as i follow Spanish footy on Sky Sports. Also, Kévin Théophile-Catherine would be another quality young right back but i feel that we need a left back - Jetro Willems would be an amazing signing at left back - and we need at least 2 strikers now with Cornelius injured. So i would get in a target man type striker in on a season long loan with a view to a permanent transfer at any time and then i'd buy a cracking striker - Abel Hernandez from Palermo next please Malky.

Good luck following that post from Gegg!!
I'm of the opinion that Ronaldo is a better all round player than Messi though, and therefore is the best player in the world

So for you, the amount of goals and assists is the only criteria for being the best player in Europe?
I personally would also look at skill level, ball control, passing ability, strength on the ball, etc, etc , for an all round top quality player, I have not seen a better all round player than Christiano Ronaldo in Europe.
But Heh!! what do I know?

Ronaldo is the best of all time. Simple as that. He is better all round player than Messi and without Iniesta's and Xavi's tactical brilliance would his stats be as good as they are? I doubt it. Ronaldo has done it for 2 top clubs in 2 different leagues.
