and yes I could have put this in one of the many threads but this goes beyond what has been said so far.

One of the main problems we now have is so many good/decent players who will be sat on their arses far too long. You can train all week, be fitter and sharper than ever before but if you are not playing regularly for 90 minutes, and in a regular team/squad then you are knackered when it comes to showing your best in games like last night.

The club now has the money to afford to be in a league something like the old combination - unless these players get regular game time they can't show what they are worth.

One game a month is not good enough, they need competition regularly.

Right, now on to Dowie, what a prize numpty, no clue that Cornelius had been previously injured so easy for him to sound off. Cornelius, well if he can do it for Denmark then he can do some damage here - but he needs to be fit, he needs to fit in and he needs game time to get him to his previous performance levels city have seen abroad.

As for the dim fecking wits on here slagging Cornelius off, lets hope you injure yourselves and see what your boss says when you try and perform at 100% on return but don't feel up to it - post your appraisal on here and lets see if you can cope with the same crap from the rest of us who know nothing about your circumstances!

There's a reason so many clubs in Europe touted him. Heck they even tried when we had the bid accepted and was almost done but Cornelius kept to his word and signed for us. We moan about players not giving loyalty yet people are already saying he's a flop because he was rushed back too soon against a League 2 side for f**k sake. Its not even serious by all accounts.
I'm glad there's some people on here that actually have sense and are giving Cornelius a chance

Our fans love to write off or jump on the back of players for some reason. The abuse Hudson used to get was unbelievable and like someone else said a lot wrote Kim off only last season.

Just give the lad some time and see how he performs when he gets some proper time on the pitch in the first team.
