Holtby, Benayoun, Vaz Te!!
All I keep hearing is he’s shit, not good enough!! and even injury prone!! are you serious!!
Come on lads, look at this realistically we are one of the favorites for relegation regardless of what happened on Sunday. Yet you lot think we need Messi and Ronaldo joining us this transfer window.
Anyone with an ounce of football knowledge knows, in the EPL SQUADS play a massive part in staying up. Back to back games Saturday and Tuesday, wet and windy days at Stoke on a Tuesday night in December and the always mental Christmas period. We need numbers but quality numbers and the names I’ve seen linked regardless if true or not would all be great additions including the 3 names above, yes noone is quick, but hes lightweight and remember this is the premier League and he is up against £10-£30m defenders who will treat our Championship winning side like a bunch of trainees.
We need to stay level headed, be realistic with any targets and to be honest, I trust Malky and his recruitment team 100% regardless of some of the utter ridiculous posts Ive seen on here. I heard fans call Cornelius a donkey based on 20 mins at Accrington. Do the posters know, we are Premier League, we are going to be targets for any club in the lower divisions in the cup games. Teams in lower divisions will battle for every ball, chase every 50/50 and trust me increase performance, and fair play to Accrington, they played very well first half, yet it seems to be Malkys or Andreas fault he got smashed in the ankle.
Andreas gets a bang on the ankle and all I’ve seen is almost hilarious posts about ‘What a waste of Money he is’ Let me remind you, he is a current first team Danish international and was linked to some huge clubs, just to remind you ive linked a few below, have a read see what true professional and scouts think of our great young dane, im just grateful we have him and with little knowledge I know, the kids going to be a superstar.

Lets just all be patient and wait and see what happens, personally id be well happy with Jefferson Montero, but Ill wait until he is holding a city shirt before we all get silly.

Agree in part mate. Yes we do need to build a squad but there's no point in adding to the squad if we dont improve it. I dont think Vaz Te is good enough he's not really that much better than nooney or Conway so IMO no point adding him. Benayoun on the other hand is a proven premiership player who would add expierience and more quality to the side. Holtby looks like a Decent player having played well in one of Europes top leauges so would take him as well.
From whay I've heard Monetro would also be worth a punt as well.

With cup games Craig players can still hit 50 games this year. My point being is our starting 11 is probably our best 11 and we need quality back up. Some on here seen to think German internationals like Lewis Holtby is well pants and that Cowie and Coway are no worse!!... utter rubbish.
