Fair play to him. Bit of a mission for him.

Not really, he plays for Burnley now, 11 miles away if he is living local.

True. I was thinking of Elliot Parish down at Bristol.

He wanted first team football, we couldn't offer him that.

We were fortunate to have such a quality keeper on the bench, I don't blame him for leaving tbh .

Superb keeper for us and a decent bloke too. Gave my lad a pair of signed gloves with a nice message on them. The picture of his face after the Carling penalty saves for me is an iconic city image. Him coming to the game in our end is pure class.

He let me and my boy take some penalties against him down the Vale three days before CC Final - and he saved them all except one; not one of mine...

He's a top chap. I would have loved him to stay here but he needs to be playing every week. Heaton will always be a Bluebird. :ayatollah:

Met him on two occasions, excellent 'keeper, and a really top bloke. Nice touch last night. he's a bluebird, one of us.
Wish him well.
