...malky has been a right c*** to him. As a manager MM has been fantastic, but there have been a few cases through his managerial career where it appear(keyword being appears-knowone really knows what goes on behind closed doors) he has held grudges against various players. If this is the case I think its a really terrible trait. Lets face it, had we not been promoted, MM wouldve been seen in a slightly lower light, and it would be unanimously believed that Etien hasn't had a fair crack at first team footy. We had been in a privileged position for large parts of last season yet MM reintroduced Maynard to championship football after his injury, although he is already proven at this level, yet gave Etien a tiny pocket of 40 odd minutes, its a disgrace how MM has treated him, and potentially could hace an enormous effect on the young man's career

Should be given a chance,loan the guy out to a side thats going to give him game time,and monitor the lad if he fails then let him go,think he deserves at least that

malkys a stubbourn character only things lets him down on times e.g Conway situation but soon as Conway handed a transfer request in I think they settled their differences

At very least he deserves to go to a Yeovil standard team. Im not saying he's as good as any of our regulars, but in the same breath its impossible to say he's worse. Seen nothing of the poor fecker

It's a shame really. He looked good at Maribor and was scoring a lot for the DVP side, so the logical thing to do would to be atleast start him or loan him out. Hopefully we cut all ties with him and he can try and re-ignite his career.

Have a word with yourselves. If Etien was performing he'd be in the team. Training is a different kettle of fish to frigging development games and Malky knows the score. Etien is obviously not putting the effort and you don't just get your opportunity handed to you on a plate at this level. You earn it and demand it by showing what you can do.

If Etien doesn't want to fight for his place and would rather bitch out then adios to him. Im not bothered as the club will move on quite happily without him. Its time Etien sucked it up and realised he's the person who can change things by starting to work harder and supporting the team ethos.

Maybe Etien will get a start against Accrington tomorow? (Be on the bench without a doubt)

That's one hell of a mountain to climb.

Send him down the road to Newport County. That should be a good standard for him to be introduced to the British game. If he is as good as Malky thought he was to pay in excess of a million pounds then he should start knocking in the goals on a regular basis. Let him gain (regain) his confidence and bring him back to CCFS or sell him on.

hes obviously not doing enough in training for malky to say thats he's worthy of a first team place..

i would personally loan him out to the championship to see how he does and make a clear assessment of him after the loan spell.

He's not got the drive since we signed him. He just seems to expect it to happen for him. Probably hasn't ever had to fight for his place in the team before and isn't up for the fight. Has been terrible whenever he's played in the league or cup. Get rid.
