Lee Probert

Apart from his watch stopping and plucking 8 mins of injury out of the air I thought he had an excellant game. Used common sense when Bellers poured water over him, most refs would have sent him off. Not to show a single yellow card in a highly competative and physical game is something other card happy refs should be looking at.

He understood the emotion of the day and allowed a game of football to be played.

Wel done ref :ayatollah:

Agree, thought he had a very good game. Injury time is not down to him. Injury time spot on 7 mins which included the 6 plus the goal and substitution.

Used to hate the guy and nearly got myself chucked out of the ground after this performance, but since then when I have seen him he is a top official, reckon he could get to brazil.

Strange decision when Bellamy was returning from an offside position and Campbell went through ;) I know the linesman gave it but it looked ok to me :)
