Against a team who spent £100 million. It's all relative.

So will you cry next week if you lose to Hull considering you spent 3 times more? Its the league mate. If you cant beat anyone on any given day then you dont deserve to be here. Its about doing it comsistantly.
Every team that comes up gets a scalp, but most of them go back down. Reading did the doubke over liverpool. blackpool beat Chelsea, Burnley beat Man United etc etc etc

Fair enough. But cry when you achieve something surely? you got the same as if you had beaten crystal palace. 3 points plain and simple. The prem will eat you alive if you see 3 points as a monumental achievement.

That just smacks of someone who follows football via the Internet as opposed to living it. I'm sure you love your life in Aus but when it comes to real football the Internet doesn't come remotely close

Havent been here forever carpe. Was there when we beat man city 1-0 and when we beat arsenal 3-2. The only time i have shed a tear is promotion from the championship as it had been a lifes ambition.
I dont see 3 points against anyone as achievement as the only thing it achieves is 3 league points.

He's already told you HE DOESN'T CONSIDER IT AN ACHIEVEMENT AS SUCH BUT A VERY EMOTIONAL MOMENT
Good on you SplottBluebird. My old man cried today and he's in his fifties.

Amd ive already said FAIR ENOUGH .
It smacks of someone getting a tad carried away however. I aim for 3 points about 25 times a season if I cried every time we achieved it id be a quivering wreck.
You have 3 points, after 2 games. One shocking performance and one good one. Stay up, then have a blubber by all means but crying after winning ONE (one) football match after spending the 4th highest amount in the premier league this season is a bit much for my taste.
We beat man city with a £9m squad and we made little fuss and got on with the next game, probably why we have finished 11th, 9th qualified for Europe and won a major trophy in the last 2 years.

You don't know the history of Football Association and the significance of triangular shaped flags then?
And until you actually win a major trophy, the only major domestic cup competition in the english game, for example, you probably won't.
