Was not in the squad today and just finished a 2 match suspension as well. Possibly he's off somewhere and maybe a change of heart. Unlikely, but you never know.

Think he was carrying a slight injury so the suspension came at the right time. Think Southgate getting the U21 job means Paul won't be going anywhere anytime soon

This is apparently interest from Newcastle and Spurs. Can't see Spurs going for him mind from the players that they have already signed or are due to sign.

Eleven 'committed' players (and subs) out there today and I don't think Charlie Big Spuds Jnr. would have enhanced the team that Malky put out

I think he (Big Spuds) may have actually done us a favour by staying away!
