Missing season tickets

Don't know if this has already been posted, apologies if I missed it.

Called the ticket office today because I'm still missing my ST. There had been an error with online orders, and they can't resolve it unless you call them up.

It even went as far as them selling my seat to some other numpty!
All sorted now though,
Picking my ST up Saturday from the ticket office and they've moved the other guy out of my seat!

I had this problem mate with them telling me there was an "error". All sorted now just frustating that you have to give them a kick up the arse before they doing anything!

Season tickets for the disabled only being posted out today. Unbelievable !!
