Like me is anybody still waiting to receive the car park permit?

Unless you paid for it to be sent out, you have to go and collect it. I got mine at the Bilbao game.

Received mine last week and I didn't pay for the special delivery option as I wanted to collect - however the ticket office sent it out by Special Delivery - All I need now are my season tickets ??

I thought that as they are non refundable / replaceable etc - you 'have' to either collect or have it sent recorded delivery - so the club can prove your safe receipt..

as the things are effectively non-traceable back to you, and if lost anyone could use

Same here. Noticed that a few cars were displaying them, so called into the ticket office. Had asked to collect, and they were all there in a bundle. They checked my address, and just had to sign for it.

Might be worth giving the ticket office a call.
