How to tell the Mrs game has been moved..

On a 12 day (should have been 14) break in Spain. Had to cut it short due to first home game (with flight change costs). Can't find a way of telling her the game has been moved to Sunday. In deep shit! Help.

Not quite getting the position your in. Are you saying due to the move you wouldn't of had to cut the holiday short after all?

Are you saying she still thinks its on a Saturday?

If so tell her it's still on Saturday (get out on the razzle dazzle) get home Saturday night and say great game love just the 2nd leg to do tomorrow now

All flights on the Saturday were fully booked

Just go out Saturday & come back Sunday after the game

Tell her you're going to treat her, you're taking her out for Sunday lunch, take her to the Sandmartin, buy her lunch.

Leave her there, go to the game and get tanked up, then get her to drive you home.....that's what I'm doing

Im in the same boat mate. The mrs surprised me two weeks ago by booking a weeks holiday to devon starting this Saturday. Im having to drive down sat, have the night there then drive back to watch the city and then drive back again after the game. She aint happy I can tell you.
Good job my two lads are also season ticket holders, they helped to wear her down.

Might end in divorce but hey ho. Got to prioritise these things.

tell her the truth, she will understand. she might be a little pissed for a while but, they always know what it means and, back down in the end.

Decided to bite the bullet and tell her game moved to Sunday. Silent movies at the apartment. Hoping to win her over with a jug of Sangria.
