Gold Memberships

Was wondering if anyone could help....I've bought a gold membership and I still haven't received it.. Anyone know what's going on with them? & also I've bought a ticket for man city so will I receive a normal ticket before Sunday or? Ticket office problems again!!

I still havent got mine! Sent a passport photo late but its beyond a joke now.

I ain't had mine but if u try ordering a ticket for the next away game we will still be on the database so no need to worry

I rang them yesterday, they said they were being dispatched this week.. but it's leaving it a bit late haha. I guess if they don't arrive in time they can issue paper tickets like before
