What defence should we play against Manchester City?

Just a thread for a little fun. If you were Malky, who would you choose to play in the defence for Sunday's game against Man City?

First of all I would bring Hudson back in and drop Turner. Turner is good, but we badly missed Hudson's leadership against WHU and Caulker is a centre back that is quite frankly better than Turner.

Connolly was dreadful against West Ham. But I put that down to that he is a centre back, not a full back. It was good last season because the level was a little lower and as soon as he put a tackle in on the winger, they wouldn't do much else. But this is the premier league and the players are a much, much higher level. Matt Jarvis tore him to shreds, imagine what Lennon, Bale or Hazard would do to him!? Brayford has long been admired as the best right back in the championship, let's bring him into the fold.

My two changes from West Ham would be Turner and Connolly - Out. Hudson and Brayford - in.

I would change 3 out of the 4 from last week..

Hudson , Taylor and brayford in.

I'd also change gunnarsson for Mutch as I see him as a better footballer than Gunnar and Medel can do the spoiling and breaking up of the play.

Thought Campbell worked very hard so id keep with him upfront but if fit bring cornelius to the bench instead of rudy.

I'd play a simple 4 4 2 sunday.

Slightly different for me be adventurous , our full backs are not good enough IMO so I would play the 3 centre backs being protected by 4 solid holding midfielders . Cowie and Gunnar have good engines plus they can also protect the flanks .that formation would be very hard to break down and it would release kimbo to play the balls up to Bellars and Campbell on the counter attack
