Will Malkys Inexperience

managing at this level cost us?
It was evident end of last season when we could barely scrape over the lane we had a good honest bunch of lads, who knew how to win ugly, but talentwise very doubtful would be able to make the step up to the next level.
Of that squad very little Premiership experience, only Bellamy really, yes some others (Taylor, Campbell, Smith) had played some games but not what you would called seasoned Premiership players.
We have made 5 signings, one of them a 3rd choice keeper so technically weve only really signed 4 players ready for first team and of those 4 its only Gary you coudl say was a senior pro with top level experience.
Caulker and Corny good prospects but still very young and learning the game so nowhere near the finished articles, and Brayford, a little bit older and another prospect but up until now no top level experience.
Personally I think we need to add 3 or 4 players with Premiership / top level experience. Huddlestone to Hull was a good move, Shelvey to Swansea, Bent to Fulham.etc.etc There was some good deals to be had out there.
I fear if we dont bring in some more players, but not only that, dont bring in experiencd players then we are going to be out of the Premiership before its even started.
Not only Malkys inexperience with the playing personell he has brought in but worryingly the tactics (if you can call them that) last Saturday were a worry. I said it before I will say it again you cannot play aimless hoofball and keep hoping to win ugly. We may have had the rub of the green last season which many of you will say to me dont teach your granny how to suck eggs but at this level it will NOT work.
Mark my words unless we get some experience in and change our style of play than this season will be the biggest anti-climax since Oasis - Be Her Now album.

Shelvey to Swansea is a good move whilst Caulker to us is an unfinished article?
Both are the same age with Caulker only playing a few less games for a better team
