Upgrading ticket to adult

Hi I've got a 16-21 season ticket but I've got my uncle's wedding sunday so can't make the man city game and wondering if I can upgrade it to an adult ticket to sell on as it'd make it easier?

Apparently you can only sell it on to a Gold/Silver Member.

If its in the familly stand you cant upgrade for man city
Any other stand you can only upgrade to a gold or silver member
If the adult who is going to use it can get away with looking 21 years old just let him use it
