Memberships/Paper Tickets

Does anyone have any idea what is happening with printing and posting Gold Memberships?
Should I be expecting a paper ticket for the Man City game in the post?
When I checked with the ticket office last Monday, I was told Memberships would be sent out 'in the next few weeks'.

Was told be this week, but make sure leave enough time to get paper ticket or you will have to get it from collection on match day

Think I will give them a ring in the morning to find out what is going on! Same old ticket office!
