How many signings?

How many new players do you think we need and do you think malky realises we need more than he expected now after yesterday's game.
I would like a left back,winger,defensive midfielder and another striker signed so that makes it another 4.
Taylor will struggle at this level and get skinned too slow and cost us lots of goals I feel so hope we get a left back in

After yesterday it seems obvious to me that we need a creative playmaker in midfield more than we need a winger. We need better than Whittingham and Kim. A winger would be nice aswell though...

No we don't. Kim wasn't played in his best position yesterday (he was played more as a winger). So we desperately need someone direct to run at defenders and get a cross in.

Hmm but it's clear he can see we need better quality wingers. I.e. when he went for Tom Ince (and now allegedly Montero)

Winger is a must and I think a full back is very much needed. Would love to see a proven goalscorer here along with a creative midfielder but I wouldn't say they were essential.

Left Back, Left sided central midfielder who can distribute the ball, attacking midfielder (playmaker), Left winger, Proven goalscorer/striker at the top level. I make that 5 players. So 3 permanent and 2 loan signings job done. I'm pretty sure Malky will be well aware what he needs to compete, the sooner we sign them the better.
