OUR MIDFIELD YESTERDAY

our midfield were second best by a mile yesterday the players i thought would do well at this level struggled . kim gunner and bellers.i know it was medel's first game but you be looking for bit more from a 11mil player i didnt see him make one tackle.on yesterdays performance against a mid table team we need to bring in another 3/4 players

It was our first game away to a tough team. I say we need another winger or two but i like medel and kim in the middle, kim was just a bit wasteful. Only one game in they will be fine.

Wasnt impressed by Medel at all. Lots of people here declaring him "immense" but thats only to protect the price you paid i think. Kim was crap too. The only player i thought looked decent was Declan John, actually reminded me of a lesser Ben Davies, which is a big compliment. Looked like he had potential. Cant believe how much Bellamy has changed though, doesnt look like he has pace anymore which lets face it was a large part of his game.

I didnt judge him, i just said he didnt impress me. He didnt. And no i didnt go, watched it on telly, and kim was crap.

Connelly got skinned to easy and them put a half assed block in for the crooks which ended in a goal!

I watched a player with limited knowledge of the British game come through 90 mins and several language barriers...

I also seen him do one of the most outragous defensive headers I've ever seen...I think the Hammers player was reluctant to put his foot in the way in case Medel gnawed at it!!!'

Medal played well i thought considering he has only trained once or twice with the team, i only saw him give the ball away once, for his first game i thought he had a good game! Declan John was good i agree but looked a bit scared to run with ball but was tied up! And Bellamy had only played on Wednesday!

Yeah we have an athlete of a full back and he wasnt even on the bench? Surely MM knew Jarvis was going to play!

This 100%. I like Malky but his team selection yesterday really let us down.

People slagging Bellamy off, he played Wednesday, and we never see him like his usual self when he's on the left or right, the team needs a little time n 2 or 3 additions

Conway wasnt in the squad he brought Maynard on but agree the tactics and team selection were puzzling.

We were rubbish, but it's one game. two after man city leather us.
