Surely calling James Collins a donkey makes you look an ass I think I am right in saying that since leaving Cardiff 10 years ago he has always played in the premier league & has been solid & consistent throughout that period.
His biggest problem is that he is injury prone which is unfortunate, but yes Collins alongside Caulker would make us stronger only one problem West Ham wouldn't sell as he is impotent to them.

Any centre half would look solid with bread and butter high balls lumped in all the time I thought wins to Reid was the best defender and diameter their best player

You obviously didnt watch him at Aston Villa, had an absolute mare of a time in the last year or 2. Granted they played shit overlal but everything he seemed to be involved for the last season and before there seemed to end up in the net.
