Woke up this morning in a better mood than yesterday after our seven hour journey home from west ham
Bus broke down then windscreen wiper fell off, you could not write it
I thought there was a few plus points from the game
1 medal look very comfortable in ball
2 Kimbo carried on last years form
3 when we got the ball down and played football we looked good just no end product

I think turner and caulker will only get better but I personally would play Hudson only reson he is a leader and organiser and we need that at the back
Connolly, Bellamy,gunnarson and Whitts were below par and need to shape up
Not sure why malky took kimbo off I don't know and then brought on gusted e who is shocking not a prem player
Also a mention to the shit met police got us to the game late then treat us like dogs I hope we do the same to there fans when they come to us
As fans we need to keep faith and make our home a fortruss

Would leave Gunnarson out until he fully contributes to the game, ie makes a full shoulder recovery.

His long throw ins are a loss but more importantly he was knocked off the ball, on numerous occasions yesterday, almost certainly due to the likelihood that he cannot brace his body and arms with 100% commitment due to the injury.
