How did we set up?

Obviously four at the back and Campbell up front. However how was the midfield setup? Were there 2 holding? Where was Kim and Witts?

thats what i want to know... i can only imagine whitts out on wing as cant see gunnars on wing. the boss must have wingers coming in if he dont want noone conway or smith there.
