You may well have a very good point there but I doubt we will ever know the true story. However it came about Malky has done the business so far. Most importantly I think he has taken Mr Tan on board with the 'moneyball' concept and has established a level of trust on his spending. He will now have to continue to perform.

I wonder what Gethin Jenkins is doing now?
