Malky will not get a lot of time

Tan gave Malky money to spend so will EXPECT results IF MALKY does not get the ressults then im sure he WILL NOT be given endless time to get the results

This may well be true and I think Tan would be clueless about what to do next if we struggle. I think we will start well though and then fade after Christmas.

He'll get up until the start of January, probably review where we are in the league and if it's not satisfactory to him, he will re-consider Malky's position. Just before January as it's the half way mark plus if he is sacked, it gives time for a manager to bring in new players.

Agreed, Malky is going to have to learn quick but he knows that, probably too early to tell but I reckon Malky is better than 50% of the mangers in the PL and will only get better

The worst thing we can do is panic and just sack him like that.
