It's annoying, cos the club seem to go out of their way to annoy people.

Opportunity here to wear blue in the first top flight game for 50 odd years...but no...not even that tiny concession!

The club said a few weeks ago we would play in yellow as blue kit wouldn't be available until the away game after.

Cardiff definately can't play in blue. There would be a clash, and no one would tell what was going on. All hell would break loose and before you know it we'd have anarchy.

The yellow kit looks amazing to be fair. Im definitely getting that one.

Our kit is all blue which imo would make it clash.
Not massively but enough, would seem silly when we have another kit.

Certainly would have avoided all the furore over the rebrand!

The club, clearly, could have got 11 blue shirts together for this game and said 'as a concession to fans, we will wear blue'.

Would have helped pacify some fans.

When I was at Watford and Hull last season we wore blue - so someone, somewhere, had us in mind at those 2 games perhaps?

So whilst it may appear to you that the club "go out of their way to annoy people", these 2 instances do not support that point of view, do they?

For this old City man, I was proud to see our boys wear blue then - especially Watford when the match meant so much.

Can't wait for the football to actually start then perhaps we can talk about that, but perhaps that is wishful thinking...

Can anyone on here whose a dab hand on computers mix and match the blue and yellow kits to see what they would look like e.g yellow top,blue shorts and then blue top yellow shorts ,just to see what they would look like incase we could switch on other kit clashes ,may look ok.
