My source at Cardiff City has told me that since Maynard has recovered from his injury he has looked lethal in training - back fitter & stronger than before. It may or may not intrigue fellow Kumbers to know that said source also thinks Cardiff will go straight back down. So the fans may be positive but their coaching staff are not...

West Ham spent the same, alongside keeping a core of their PL squad.

He lost in a semi-final against a side who were front runners to win the Championship with a PL experienced manager, whilst Malky had a thin squad who had played in a League Cup final the same season. f*cking morons the lot of them

They seem confident of an easy win and smashing us hope their players go out with the same attitude

It was this time 2 years ago, the hammers thought they only had to turn up to beat us.

Just your typical forum biasness.

No one knows how we will be Saturday. We could freeze or we could surprise a few. First competitive game for both teams as well. Anything could happen.

I do feel though there is more pressure on West Ham than us. That could quite easily play into our hands.

They were mostly very fair and many said it would be a very tough game. Hardly anyone thinks we'll be a pushover. Can't wait.
