Cleverley Undercard - who's worth watching

I've been reading that there's a good undercard but pinning details and times down is very hard - does anyone
a) have a link
b) any suggestions as to which fights are a must see ?
( will have teenagers with me who may well get bored if we're there from the beginning )

Oh, and can you nip out between fights and get a decent beer ?
