Stadium expansion plans

What happened to these plans being released so that the fans can have a look? Am I right in saying that the club stated this would happen?

As far I am aware the Club has not said anything on the matter,although I am sure they will released at some stage.I believe the Trust have seen the plans at a meeting they had with the Club.

All i know is the stadium is adding 800 seats ready for the spurs game. Next season will see the stadium capacity raised to around 33k
