We used to ban IP address' but found that other posters were getting banned too under similar ip's

just make sure u ban the correct isp - simples!!! - on a serious note though glad he's gone we need to get this site back to where it was a year or so ago it was brilliant then. Constant derailing of threads makes this a depressing place. Cardiff City are in such a fantastic place at the moment we should all be enjoying it not arguing with tosspots intent on derailing everything.

Another problem with that is there are 3 people in my household on this forum, ban one and then the other two can't use the forum

Ive just been having a chat with Annis and this is the last username where i am prepared to be transparent, once this once goes my aliases come back

If your living with Roathie you deserve to be banned too

In that case it'll just have to be a ban whenever he's caught

He uses a proxy which basically hides his IP address. It is nothing special to set up.

The only thing we can do is detect and ban as you have said. What we need are users to help us mods and report anyone who they suspect is him. I'm sure the likes of Polo will help here.
