Malky is a smart cookie! He ain't going to say it's a done deal until paperwork has been signed off!! I would say that 5% is waiting for the go ahead from the FA etc!! IMHO of course!!

He wouldn't if said anything about him if it wasn't done. The fact the club used the quote on Facebook and twitter says a lot as well
