I would assume you ordered a blue season ticket like me, the club said they will be about 3 days later.

Ordered my season ticket online and just before the payment screen there was a list of those statements that say, "can we use you email address to send you club offers" and "can we send you information from carefully selected partners".

I ALWAYS untick those so I don't get junk email. But underneath was a tick box that said please tick if you want a blue Season ticket instead of the standard red.

I thought this was pointed out here when the tickets went on sale.
