NEWS:
Barry Town United AFC have won their battle against the Football Association Of Wales in a Cardiff Court this afternoon.
The club was withdrawn from Welsh League football by former club owner and secretary Stuart Lovering at the end of last season, but manager Gavin Chesterfield and his players have stuck together.
Newly-named Barry Town United FC have completed pre-season training and a full programme of friendlies, but were denied full FAW membership meaning they could not play Welsh League football.
A judge this afternoon deemed the FAWs decision was unlawful and as such a recommendation will be made next Wednesday that Barry Town are to join division 3 of the Welsh League
