What's the situation for season ticket holders ordering Bilbao tickets online?

Is it just a matter of picking them up at the stadium?

I ordered mine online and they were delivered. If you order them now you may have to pick them up because its so close to the game. I'll add that I'm a gold member not a st holder.

Last week for the chievo game we ordered the tickets at 4.30pm on the friday and collected outside the canton stand (croeso stand) before kick off
