It was a subject that had been speculating since last week, but finally the entrepreneur Jefferson Montero confirmed that Cardiff City, newly promoted to the Premier League, has made a formal offer to make the final purchase of Jefferson Montero. Now the decision is in the hands of the leadership of Morelia.
"There was an offer from Cardiff City last week, an important offering for purchase Jeff pass" confirmed Player entrepreneur, Diego Herrera, in dialogue with sports area.
He said that "it is a negotiation that is talking, the president of Morelia is the offer on your desk and hope that the coming days will give a decision on the issue."
Herrera also said that "Cardiff City is the only concrete offer has received the club, is a very important offer for sale and even keep a percentage of the club for future negotiation. It is up to the club and Jeff make a decision. "
Finally, noted that "there is still time to do any negotiation, I think it's an important option because it is a small, newly promoted, with good economic position. There Jeff would grow and make the jump if all goes well. I think Cardiff would be the ideal equipment for Jeff, so I could play. "

I know that he's been called up for Ecuador next week for a home friendly against Spain, so I can't see him travelling for ages just to sign then go back to play. I can't see him signing before West Ham tbh

He has played over 25 times for Ecuador and Ecuador are ranked 17th in Fifa's world rankings. Ivory Cost are ranked 18th and Wilfried Bony has only played 20 times for them and he got a work permit. I don't believe there should be any problems with that.
