just what i was thinking. moreover, a full week with the squad before the seasons kicks off. think we ef need it, hopefully that pacy ecuardorian and huddlestone maybe?

I hope we do get someone in this week, its gone from possibly two to nothing past few days.

Think all the fans would like a signing now just to settle the nerves! Not long until West Ham away and I would feel better if we had the all important defensive midfielder in place by then. At the moment I would not be totally confident in the current starting line up to get a result at Upton Park. We could be fielding a very new look defence that could include Caulker, Declan John, Braford and possibly Ralls. It takes time for new players to gel and form good partnerships, lets hope they are ready for it.
