Fellow Bluebirds Young and Old this is the last time I'm gonna ask you to do this.
Go to You Tube, type in Midnight Show which is track 10 on the Killers Album Hot Fuss and listen to the song - when it gets to the chorus you will clearly hear the Killers singing "JACK BASTARDS".
Why should I do this I hear you cry, because I WAS THERE....
I WAS THERE when Brian Clark scored the goal that beat Real Madrid at Ninian Park
I WAS THERE when 35,000 fans packed Ninian Park when we played Hereford in the old 3rd Division (or was it the 4th)
I WAS THERE when as a young teenager me and my mates were addicted to Extra Strong Mints and we used to stand in the Grange End, crunch them into little pieces and flick the pieces with our tongues into the hair of the bloke standing in front of us
I WAS THERE when Nathan Blake scored the goal against Man City in the FA Cup and we jumped up to celebrate in the Grandstand and I pushed my mate flying into the rows of fans in front of us, taking a row of rickety old wooden seats with him
I WAS THERE in the Caledonian Pub in Kings Cross after we played Arsenal in FA Cup watching some ropey old Strippers from Brazil, singing along with 30 other City Fans "It just like watching Brazil"
I WAS THERE every year in the Phone Box of our village in York (in exile) every year with my mucker Eddo holding the AGM of the Cardiff City Supporters Club, North Yorkshire Division
All I want is some one with a bit of clout (Carl/Annis) to persuade the right guy to play the song over the main CCS address system before our home games. It would fantastic to hear a packed house singing along and all joining in at the chorus with "JACK BASTARDS"

'Drive faster boy' sounds exactly like jack bastards your right. Thats brilliant I hope they play it down the city it will be epic.
