AS claim that Atletico Madrid have upped their offer for Toulouse midfielder Etienne Capoue to €9million - but this is still short of Cardiff's bid - believed to be €10million.

i agree. But i also feel the only reason we havent pulled out is because of the work the players agent is doing behind the scenes. he knows the best deal for the player and himself(financially)is to join Cardiff.

I have been dismissive of the player coming from the moment he played in the friendly,but the longer it goes the better our chances are.

Atletico Madrid is determined to enlist this summer Etienne Capua (25 years, 34 games and seven goals in Ligue 1 2012-2013). After an initial proposal of seven million euros Toulouse rejected by the Spanish club have indeed made a new offer of nine million, according to the newspaper AS.

Agree, the only official source that has published this so called bid being accepted is walesonline and we all know what they are like. If the bid has been accepted don't you think sky sources would have been all over it as it would have added fuel to the fire with the Bale saga.
