Anyone know a number to put me directly to a uk based team with someone who can speak English properly. Would be appreciated.

lots of problems with them lately, I .always ask to be put through to the cancelation department( customer retentions)
always get job done swiftly. failing that ask to speak to someone in welsh.!

If you have a virgin line its 150 and free,did it on Monday and got some Scottish bird,very pleasant.
