You Can No Longer Upgrade A Concession To An Adult Ticket.

Told by the club today as any unused tickets should be made available to Gold Members.

Fair enough I suppose but if I get a refund on my daughters concession does it mean and adult could be in the Family Stand without a child?

I hope this isn't true. I'll be complaining if it is should the time come. I upgraded my son's ticket for my brother wife to come quite a few times over the last few seasons.

Makes sense, they pay for the privilege to get those seats ASAP.

what about non concesion child season tickets i pay £ 209 for my grandson in the ninian stand and on the rare occasion he cant go i upgrade it to take a mate if they wont allow upgrades i will leave the seat empty fuc.em

We were told that you could not upgrade a concession except for a category C game.

Well I took a friend to the Bolton game and paid an extra £25 on top so it's not cheap to upgrade.
The answer to your question though is simple.....it's my f*cking seat paid in full all in one go.

I believe we should have the right as we paid upfront as season ticket holders we shoukd have first choice on who we sell OUR tickets to.

You buy a ticket for a person, it doesn't mean you own that seat.

What's to stop people buying kids season tickets the end of last season then upgrading them for big games for big profit and selling the on to the highest bigger this season?

We upgrade our daughters ticket to one for our son when she has to miss a game. Two seats infront of us are owned by a social club, different people use them every week. Wonder how that will work out.

I actually have sympathy for your position but it is hard for the club to deal with individual cases. At the end of the day your Grandson still has a guaranteed seat for any Premiership game be it Hull or Man Utd.

Those of us who have been around for a while have to understand that the club has moved on massively, even since the issue of the Golden Ticket Scheme.

Therefore I'm begrudgingly leaning towards the clubs position as they have to honour commitments to those Gold Membership holders who have paid £40.

I was told that you cannot upgrade or sell back tickets for the the Man City Game (which I believe is a Cat C -apologies if I am wrong)...................

Guys, my sister contacted the customer services and you can upgrade in all of the stands for all games except in the family stand where it's only cat c games.

why target concessions alone? If concessions are forced to give up their ticket then the same should apply to non-concessions

I believe the upgrade choice should remain youve already bought tickets, your being honest that for this game a non-concession will be using the seat and your happy to pay the difference, the club is still making extra money.

This will just cause arguments and wholly unfair on concession season ticket holders being specifically targeted.
