Average not the cheapest not the most expensive but they install properly to SSAIB regulations so work has to be installed correctly .
Anybody who is not SSAIB affiliated you should steal clear of IMO
Hope that helps

Sorry my post might not be useful. Not sure where the cheapest.
But definitely recommend the scantronic i-on alarms. We had it installed recently. You use a fob to touch in and out to set alarm. It's bloody awesome. If anything happens, the alarm (loud as f**k) immediately alerts an alarm monitoring company which then alerts a keyholder and also informs police!
Very reliable especially if you are on holiday. Well worth the money. Rather pay something that is reliable than a cheapo one.

Scantronic is good
But has unreliable keypads which are expensive to replace
The visonic power max complete is the best in the wireless market for around the £400 installed range .
It also has key fobs and proximity tags as well as a built in speach dialer so will notify you wherever you are just no need for a expensive monitoring station as it is built in to the system just needs hooking up to a phone line .

Scantronic wireless systems are reliable as are the visonic systems.
NSI Approved companies are the most regulated so good but can be expensive, be carefull with some SSAIB companies as it isn't that difficult to get that accreditation.
