Season tickets

I bought season ticket this season and was wondering when do I need to get my photo done for it, anyone know? Cheers!

You should have submitted a photo ages ago. Tickets are currently with the printers and they will be dispatched to members when they return. I would have thought CCFC Ticket Office would have contacted you if they didn't have a photo of you on their system from previous memberships. Give the ticket office a ring, I did to check they all the info they needed to process my season ticket.

You need to email it to tickets@cardiffcityfc.co.uk and include your fan number. I am surprised they haven't been onto you looking for it as the tickets are being sorted as we speak. I would give them a ring if I were you.

My Girlfriends cousin said that last year she didn't send a photo and they just simply filled the photo with a Cardiff badge.

Completely incorrect. I have not sent in a photo and never has it been mentioned since. Not at home when a steward has asked to see my card and I have never shown my season ticket away.

He's right actually. You officially need a photo to attend away games, the fact that no ones checked your card doesn't mean he ain't right.
