Would I be able to ask the ticket office to print out my match tickets from my season ticket so if I do sell my ticket for a match I dont have to give out my season ticket

They've got a new system for reselling the seats that season ticket holders cannot make. I wouldn't ask them that because they'll go into the whole making a profit thing of tickets.

You can't resell your ticket, officially. The club like to know WHO is in their stadium.

I assume they would also not want ST holders to have all paper tickets so they could sell them at more than face value.

No they won't. They will only print a ticket on a one off basis if you've lost or forgot your card. They charge £5.

You can sell the ticket for the matches that you cannot make back to club who will credit your account for the price paid, not the match day price. You cannot however withdraw this money, it has to go towards purchasing another season ticket next season.

I think you only get half the price you paid back.

You can pass on your season ticket for matches you can't make, but the person that uses it has to be in the same bracket as the season ticket holder i.e. in my case I have an adult ST I can only pass my season ticket to someone that would fall into the adult bracket. If you wanted a junior or a senior to use your ticket they will need to be gold members and they will have to pay to upgrade the ticket for the match they are using it.

They will not print out paper tickets for matches you can not make, if someone else is using you ST they have to be in possession of the plastic season ticket card.

But be warned that any misuse of the ticket or any violations to club rules regarding behaviour, abuse etc the owner of the season ticket will be held responsible and possibly have their ticked revoked.

Interesting first paragraph. Thought the club did not mind if a junior, 16 to 21, or senior used an adult ST. More the other way round.

That's exactly what I would have thought, but that is what the girl said to me on the phone this afternoon. I do not see why a junior couldn't use an adult ticket as the adult ticket is worth more than a junior one anyway :?

Thanks. Perhaps the club want to sell more gold memberships, get a few more bob in, and know exactly who is in which seat. Either way, :? Things ain't what they used to be :(

I'm pretty sure that NO-ONE is allowed to use the season ticket except the named person on the card, under ANY circumstances. The chances of you getting caught are slim, as long as you don't try to get an adult in on a child's ticket, but the club would be within their rights to confiscate it.

When you buy a season ticket you enter into a contract with the club, and as such if you break the terms of that contract by giving it to someone else(never mind selling it) then you are in breach of that contract.

sorry to be a miserable old git. :old:
