Pure twitter speculation, possible but unlikey, would much rather Capoue sign......

The same guy tweeted that United are buying Fellaini and Baines this week for £45m

Either he's a genius or is on a particularly strong batch of Charlie right now

I don't think Spurs are ready to start becoming our feeder club ;)

I would welcome Tom , hes also big buddies with Campbell.

This Capou bloke is seriously doing my head in . His attitude is not what we want ere

Re: Tom Huddlestone

Sun Aug 04, 2013 8:44 pm

This is a 2+2=5 rumour.........there was a bit of a 'love in' message from Malky about the way Spurs and Coulker's agent handled that transfer so well and we're after a defensive midfield player.

I'd like to see Huddlestone here, he'd be a solid squad member......probably 1st 11 ahead of Gunnarson........would be a good scrap for a starting spot between these two.

He'd definitely add something here with his Prem and England u21 experience.

Just used free £10 sky bet for him to sign for Cardiff at 6/1 haha.

If anyone else fancys a go on sky bet the free bet code is BET10

Let's not ne too harsh......yet.

If all's been agreed with fees and contract then a week's thinking period seems fair to me.

He wants CL football like most other top players and is looking to up sticks to the premiership. I'd be cautious about joining us too in his position.

This is by no means similar to the Ince situation. That kid wants to stick by his dad for a bit and good luck to him but, he handled the situation shite.

With Capoue.....and we can only speculate......it looks like he's clearly stated that he wants to stretch the time out to check his options.

Let's hope a deadlines been set for the decision to be made and we find out this week either way.

Agree, I think it's someone barking up the wrong tree. If like to see him here too, but fingers crossed we've got something better waiting around the corner

What attitude?

After being told he's destined for Champions League football with someone like Athletico, Arsenal or Chelsea over the last couple of seasons, he's going to be a little cautious in joining one of the favourites for Premier League relegation.

Check the bookies, we're still one of the favourites.

So how long do you want to wait for him 4 wks, monhts, years ?

The fact is , neither of the above teams have come in for him, or he'd be off. It's quite clear what hes up to, and if he'd have any decency he would of given us an answer by now.

We are considered to be one of the favourites for relegation at this point - no doubt about that. Even if we weren't, the current level of the club and squad are nothing compared to what has been promised to Capoue by his agent and the media in recent years.

You've signed one top quality player in Caulker, the rest are unproven at this level. Hence why you are still favourites to go down.

So you think we've stopped signing then? :laughing6:

You thick jack clown, if we wanted Huddlestone we'd get him. The Caulker coup has already trumped anything you retards did after promotion and we haven't even warmed up yet. Keep watching c**t head

Not talking about Swansea you said you want him you will get him, just merely pointing out how stupid that sounds because it apparent from the Ince saga that that's complete shit. People don't rate you end of, f**k sake Ince would rather stay with the mighty Blackpool than move to you lot

Re: Tom Huddlestone

I'd be more than happy with Huddlestone his range of passing is incredible I genuinely think he's one of the best passers of the ball in the PL.

Just like every other rumour so far though, I'm not getting myself excited until he's signed on the dotted line, this transfer window lark is hard work.
