RAPHAEL CALVET

City seem to be giving French defender Raphael Calvet a fair amount of time to prove himself.
As far as I can tell, all other trialists who featured in the first game or two for the development squad have left the club, with Calvet the only one to remain in the mix for yesterday's game against Hereford.
He currently has a contract with Auxerre, and I'm surprised to see them allow Calvet to stay with Cardiff for this amount of time. Surely they would want him back for their own pre-season, unless they know some form of offer is imminent?

I think I read somewhere saying they'd allow him to go for free 
Benfica were interested in him too but he's been with us for quite a bit for a trialist to be honest and I'd like to see us give him a chance, would be nice to call on him Sounds like he was MOM in a few games
