So you think the sea of red is the fault of BU?

Re: Sea of red in the Grandstand

Is there only more red shirts than blue/casual? Or is there genuinely a sea of red where 90% of the people are wearing red? I can't believe it unless I see a photo, sounds exaggerated to me.

Doesn't look too bad. I remember it was like that when we played Newcastle in pre-season, then when we played Huddersfield with a much bigger crowd and the red seemed to be drowned out.

Yep a lot of people wearing the red pretty sad to see. I can't help but feel a certain level of contempt for them

I agree. Looked really red v Newcastle, but as you said in the league it looked predominantly blue.

Agreed, hardly a sea of red but it saddens me even one grown man in red Top.

As for redordead further up the thread, , you couldn't appear happier in that post, what's that all about?

Letting a petty cyber war over ride your principles are ya

Away support will be mostly blue, home support will be a mix with lots of red...that's how I think it will be this season anyhow

Well whatever, its hardly a sea of red is it and dont forget the new Blue kit aint out.
its been strategically held back until September. BU need to wind their necks in and
let the people decide. It worked last season, it will work this season. But try telling
people what to do and they will generally do the opposite which was EXACTLY the
result of Red Tuesday

"Get a life" response of a 10 year old.

Once the season starts you will see the canton stand fans wearing all blue, long time supporters in the canton not plastics :malky:

I want CCFC to thrive and I have no intention of protesting against the rebrand as I understand how important it is to our future.

That said it is sad to see so many wearing red tops at CCS. I have no problem with selling shed loads of red shirts in Malaysia and Asia but I find a little sad that South Wales (and UK) fans do the same, but of course that is entirely their choice.

Good post
Bu are alienating so many fans its unbelievable really. They had a simple task but f*cked it up big time Imo.
I agree let the fans decide. The majority seem to be behind the rebranding and have made their choice.

Well tell me how it's helped turn the ground into a sea of blue???

We are Cardiff City fans, if you tell them what to do they tell you to feck off and do the opposite.

Personally I want to return to blue, but feel the same as Gwyn has previously posted, VT won't lose face, tell him what to do and he will tell us to feck off. It will take a while and a bit of diplomacy if we are ever going to influence him.....

We are not going to convince him unless someone can pull of a miracle.

With that in mind we need to have a stance for the blue and that is what BU are doing. Looking at todays attendance it does not look like the fans are though.

 just like it's others choice to dislike the rebrand. You seem to be happy to tell others to wear red, but when people tell you to wear blue.. You get all upset.
