Can't make ticket collection?

If you can't make the ticket collection point for West Ham due to certain reasons, is there any way of contacting the club and they supply the tickets beforehand or are they really strict with this idea?

Really need help please! If we can't get the tickets before, my son and I miss out on the game, anyone know if it is possible?
