BRISTOL FANS TUCKED UP

I see some fans had banning orderes of 5 years or more and no prison sentence.

This is wrong. The max banning order for non prison sentence is 3 to 5 years.

If any detention sentance is given then its 6 to 10 year ban.

I received a suspended sentance few years ago and a 7 year ban. When I got home and looked into the ban I found this out, eventually going back to court and having my ban reduced to 4 years.

I know people on here will say f em but the courts need to realise the rules

f em, anyone smashing up a pub at the football deserves the ban they get, I would give them all a life ban from football, think jail is out of order though, unless they are repeat offenders

Agreed. They shouldnt have done it but my point mainly being the courts dont realise the rules.

At the end of the day rules are rules and if people dont know they will end up being banned for longer than the law says
