Could We Sign World Class Players?

I think the likes of Kimbo, Cornelius and Caulker all have potential and could certainly go onto big things - but what are our limitations when it comes to signings.

Our club have moved streaks ahead over the last few years when it comes to the caliber of players we're targeting. Not so long back I thought the likes of David Goodwillie would've been a coup but players of his standard are small-fry now.

The one player Id love to see here would be Yevhen Konoplyanka- he's young, talented, a full Ukrainian International and not to mention scored an absolute screamer against England last year, yet he still seems to be below the radar of the big clubs.

I'm not too sure if his club FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk are throwing money at him to keep him there, but its surely only a matter of time before he moves on.

Could this guy really be a realistic signing? I hope so - remember I did predict the signing of Kerim Frei

World class for me is someone who can play for any club in the world.
