ANDREAS CORNEILIUS

Thu Aug 01, 2013 4:50 pm

Me and Corky were sat in the stand near the half way line at Cheltenham next to two lads who looked around eighteen and typical baseball hat wearing skateboard type kids.

We find out through chatting they are Cornelius's best mates and have come over from Denmark to help him settle into life in Cardiff.
It was a bit strange watching this six foot four Dolph Lungren look alike run around the pitch with a ten million pound price tag around his neck, and then realise that really he just a young lad who if anything like mine spends a big part of his life listening to rap music and playing X box, all a bit surreal.

I don't think they could take it all in either, and it was quite apparent from the type of lads they were that this lad is no prima donna play boy just a young lad who hopefully under Malky's guidance will go on to great things.

Please let's all help him if things don't go well from day one, support is just that support and should come at good times but more so at bad times when he may need us behind him and not on his back. :malky: :malky:

He will become a City legend I'm sure, his stats were very impressive for FC Copenhagen in his first season. Malky has found a real gem here :ayatollah:

Patience is the watch word here, not just for Corneilius but the team as a whole.

We've got a lot of tough games early doors and if it doesn't start to good there's no point in getting on players backs. Totally unproductive.

Mind you with some of the posters on here I can guarantee that the knives will be out if we lose two in a row.

At Brentford there were a couple of Korean Kids waving a Kim shirt...and the young cardiff kids were chanting their Labrador song to them and getting them to do the ayatolla...it was a special moment.....this club has moved up a level.

Sure is eggs is eggs the knives will be out.

Theyve been out in pre season already. Some tw*t slating Hudson Tuesday night.

We kept a record 18 clean sheets last year, Hudson was our rock and then gets slated over a meaningless pre season friendly.

f*cking pathetic.
