Vincent Tan delivers yet again.

Thu Aug 01, 2013 11:23 am

Cardiff City sign a 21 year old England International from Spurs. Unbelievable. I am on holidays with a West Ham and a Leeds fan and they can not believe This signing. Thanks VT.

West ham are a proper footbal club with proper fans, Ask him if he'd exchange the claret and blue from a Malaysian bully boy in exchange for a few years in the prem? :thumbright:

But give him this scenario>

Previous gross mismanagement had left West Ham on the brink of bankruptsy with the main
vulture circling being the very person who f*cking ruined them. West Ham are in the Championship
within hours of going bust and an buyer says he will clear all the debts over a few years and get the
Club back where they belong and challenging for top top players in the transfer market.... BUT, West
Ham have to wear red shirts at home. Not as clear cut then i reckon (and i'm a blue by the way)

I think they would firmly and respectfully say, let's work together, let's not damage our identity that has built up, let's stay united and carve out the best way forward.

That's what we should have done. Instead we had Gwyn jumping up and down and a load of mistruths flying about.

Vincent Tan must piss himself laughing at Cardiff fans.

Probably more realistic to ask him if they would ever consider moving their ground, and losing their identity, community relationship and historical significance, to relocate to another town, miles away, that they have no connection with, in order to compete with Charlton, Fulham, QPR, in staying in the PL.

Or would they consider going bankrupt twice, screwing local people, businesses and their community just to stay in existence. All the time saying they are a well run financially sound club.

Sorry glas.
Upton Park is now and has been for decades an asian area and i don't mean Multi cultural,it resembles Calcutta. which is fine i suppose, but many of the Hammers i've spoken with have moved to Essex or else where years ago. They did love the ground but not the area, Grounds change a fair bit, Very few suffer a rebrand. I'm looking forward to hearing this hammers view on a Claret and Blue Rebrand ALA red dragons. I know for a fact it wouldn't happen without a huge fight if at all.

The West Ham fan is looking forward to relocating. Says if a Billionaire owner come in for West Ham and run the club properly from grass roots up he would be happy to play in Red at home and claret and blue away. He reckons the famous west ham academy is now a joke. He would not change the badge though.

Re: Vincent Tan delivers yet again.

Thu Aug 01, 2013 2:27 pm

The Leeds fan would change colour and badge to have an owner like ours.
